The Alnwick Garden Employability Programme offers three opportunities to enable participants to grow into employment.
Grow into Work:
A 4-6 week work experience programme to include Employability training, boosting participants skills and confidence, moving them closer to the job market. Positions are available in a variety of departments within the garden, local businesses and organisations – candidates will be best matched to gain further experience and build new skills.
Training will focus on the following topics:
In addition to the above, The Alnwick Garden will reimburse travel costs and track participants for the following three months to offer assistance wherever possible, to assist with beneficiaries progression into employment, education or training.
Employability Workshops:
An intensive 1:1 Information, Advice and Guidance session to enhance your job searching and next steps into employment.

Seeds for Success:
Seeds For Success delivers twelve free workshops dedicated to providing in-depth support on the basics of starting a small business.
From developing your initial business idea and conducting market research, to marketing and making sales – Seeds For Success will guide you on your journey to becoming a budding entrepreneur.
