Make your meeting or conference stand-out with the addition of a well-being session, or even outdoor team building experiences such as archery or climbing. If you’re hosting a Christmas party, our live band licence means your guests can dance the night away whilst enjoying festive cocktails. Exclusive use of the 12-acre garden once it closes is an incredible setting for a special celebration or summer party, and our experienced chefs can produce a spectacular BBQ to wow your guests.

Meetings and Conferences

All of our Day Delegate Packages include complimentary Wi-Fi, presentation equipment and a team of highly experienced hosts. All packages include ethically sourced tea and coffee, biscuits, water and notepads and pencils. You can also choose to include a range of hot breakfast rolls and pastries created at our very own Bakery. If you wish to include something a little more substantial for your attendees, you can opt for a light lunch including seasonal soup and sandwiches or a delicious hot or cold buffet.

Special Occasions

Do you have a special occasion coming up? Make it an event to remember at one of two unique venues at The Alnwick Garden. From a wedding with dinner and dancing for 408 guests in The Pavilion looking out over the Grand Cascade, to a magical birthday dinner for 85 guests set 18-metres above the ground, consider hosting your event at The Alnwick Garden to make that special occasion even more memorable.

Private Dining

The Pavilion and Treehouse both offer the perfect space for a private lunch or dinner. The Pavilion private dining package includes venue hire, a welcome drink and a three-course meal with half a bottle of wine per guest, starting from £65 per person for 50-200 guests. For private dining packages at The Treehouse, please speak to a member of our team.
